Course Presenters

Both presenters are from the US based InC Blue Group. Founded in 1988, InC Blue provides governance, risk management and internal audit services to prestigious US and foreign clients, ranging from well known global corporations to medium sized regional entities.

Inessa Shundeeva – Inessa is InC Blue’s CEO, Baltic Sea Region, based in Helsinki. As well as senior academic and professional qualifications, Inessa has an amazing breadth of experience. While working mostly in Great Britain and the US she has performed work and presented high level professional and executive training in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, South America and the Asia Pacific Region. Her career prior to InC Blue was with EY in London, followed by head office executive roles in developing the risk and control functions of several major multinational companies. With InC Blue she has continued on her path, creating risk and control frameworks for major companies, such as IBM and a large mining group and leading internal audits in Great Britain and the US.

Francis Harman – Francis is InC Blue’s Chairman, based in Michigan USA. He holds senior academic and professional qualifications in the US, Great Britain and Australia. His career prior to InC Blue was initially with Accenture and PwC. With PwC he was for three years head of training professional staff and partners for the southern States of Australia. After moving to Shell as head of Natural Resources Audit in Australia he was promoted to Finance chief of Shell’s multi-billion dollar upstream oil and gas business in Australia. He moved to become CEO of a group of public companies and then became one of the founders of InC Blue. Clients have included some of the largest companies in the World and roles as a senior personal advisor to the Cabinet Minister for Economic Development and Trade and to the Vice Chief of the Defense Force in Australia. He has performed assignments and presented executive training in the US, Europe and Asia Pacific, including China.
